The International Schools' Film Festival is a multilateral project that aims to address and raise awareness of issues that are prevalent in different parts of the world by collaborating with schools from across the globe. Through this project, we're also hoping to bridge the gaps between those schools and overcome any political, social, and cultural barriers by working towards this mutual goal.
Summary of the framework
Schools participating in the ISFF 2020 will produce one or more film/s (4-8 minutes) addressing one locally prevalent issue. The films will be submitted to the VIS Film Club via Vimeo and will be screened at the schools' respective venues. Votes will then be collected from the students watching the films to decide on the winning film.
*The sharing, screening, and voting of the 2020 ISFF will take place online due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
